Training Program for 2027 Mount Wilson Trail Race begins February 2027

The MWTR  Training Program is offered at no charge and no pre-registration is required. Participants are welcome to attend any of the Saturday sessions. Anyone ages 14 and over is welcome to participate.  Join the program, become a better runner, and get stronger, even if you do not plan to run the MWTR.
